Mallow AC Training
Mallow AC organises several training sessions each week for club members and anyone interested in joining.
Training Schedule
Tuesday – 7:00pm
Meeting point: Quartertown Industrial Estate
Structured session, usually geared towards upcoming races. Sessions are advised on the night and cater for a wide range of abilities.
Thursday – 7:00pm
Meeting point: Quartertown Industrial Estate
An easy-paced group run, typically around an hour, taking in quieter and hillier routes around town.
Saturday – 9:00am
Location: Doneraile Park
Hilly session in a relaxed and enjoyable setting, with a great group atmosphere.
Sunday – Long Run, 8:30am
Starting from the car park near the bottom of Park Road, Mallow.
Pace and distance vary, making it suitable for different levels.
About Our Sessions
Club sessions cater for all levels of fitness — whether you’re looking to improve your parkrun or 5k–10k times, or training for a half or full marathon.
New members are very welcome, and beginners are encouraged to do part of the session initially to ease into training.
As the evenings get brighter, weekday sessions may move into Mallow Town Park.
